Go to http://www.counterpointpress.com/submissions/ for sub guidelines. No unagented fiction, but they are accepting nonfiction proposals. Mentions Soft Skull as an imprint.

From their website 1/30/17 - "We will respond to nonfiction manuscript proposals currently on submission to us by January 1, 2017. Please note that, due to a high volume of queries, we will only be responding to proposals we find of interest."

@Patrick, After a nudge about my email submission from 7/1, I finally got someone to respond. They told me that per their guidelines, they do not take email submissions. I think they used to... Anyway they asked me to resubmit following their online guidelines.
