@secretsansa
I haven't heard back from her either. My query went in January 9th.

Same as others "I greatly appreciate you thinking of me; however, after careful consideration, I just didn't feel I would be the best match for your work. As you know, this is a very subjective business, and, even though it's not right for me, it might be the perfect fit for another agent."

Especially disappointing because I received a more personalized response to a previous query:

MG contemporary 30K
Q 3/6/2020 (right before COVID hit!)
R 3/8/2020

"Thank you for your thoughtful query, and it’s so nice to hear that you also love E. L. Konigsburg, Lois Lowry, Madeleine L’Engle, and Katherine Paterson.

This is an original concept and there are many compelling elements in your story opening. That said, after careful consideration, I just didn't feel I connected quite as strongly with the narrative as I would need to in order to pursue representation. As you know, this is a very subjective business and, even though it's not right for me, I’m sure another agent will snap this up soon!"

She seems like an awesome agent. Oh well.

@secretsansa - on her mswl page she says to feel free to follow up if you haven't received a response in two weeks. https://www.manuscriptwishlist.com/mswl-post/lindsay-auld/
