Received same response as below, within an hour of query. Appreciated the response, grateful to know it wasn't a personal note regarding my query and rather a form response.

Received this response within an hour. At first I thought it was personal until I saw the other comments here. I have had agents praise my query, so if you get this response don’t panic.

Thank you for the opportunity to see your pages. Unfortunately, I don't feel I am the right agent for this project, so I'm passing. Just because I wasn't quite drawn in, however, doesn't mean there isn't another agent out there who will love it. I encourage you to re-work your query so that the plot points, obstacles, and character(s) attempts to overcome them are more clear.

It was a polite non-form rejection with some great, actionable feedback on my sample pages. All in all, it just was a subjective pass and I appreciate the speedy rejection. If you're unsure what genre this agent represents, she has a personal website with her updated MSWL.

Fantasy Novel, 108k words.

After submitting my query and doing my research on this agent, there was a message that should have been pasted somewhere on her profile before submitting. After putting in the work to query this agent, I am disappointed that I basically wasted my time on a certain rejection. This information should be known beforehand.

It was this: "Thank you for querying me. Please note that if this query is for second-world YA fantasy, I am not currently considering that genre at the moment."
