Why are these agents and the agency even listed on Querymanager? The website says emphatically they do not accept or consider unsolicited submissions of material. Remove them.

"This is the most bizarre submission policy I've ever seen. Do not submit anything. We don’t want to find new talented writers is basically what they are saying. No agency is so big they can't hire an intern to sort through submissions to grow their business. Sounds fishy."
Yeah - there is a whole paragraph on "don't submit anything" - but if you do, we will be very cross and you won't hear from us.
Most pompous thing I have ever seen. Reviewing the comments on most of their agents, many of them seem to have left the industry or the company. Very weird.
