Query submission requirements on PM indicate this agent wants an outline with the query package-- I am thinking to include my synopsis, since it outlines the manuscript. Have others gone this route, or have you sent something different?

I got an immediate response that "Years ago the market was open to this type of project; however, the personal approach through the text, rather than with an “expert” is very hard to sell these days. For that reason I regret I must step aside."
I guess it's good I got a response but this doesn't seem helpful. Narrative nonfiction is something I'm still interested in reading.
