Five and a half hours after query letter to submit 'Form Letter' of rejection and so rude to simply address it as 'Dear Author'. If someone has taken the time to investigate your agency, followed the strict submission guidelines by pasting in the body of the email: author bio, synopsis and first 50 pages, then at least have the courtesy and address it in the manner it should be addressed when you have been given a name.
