@Iseidler - I did a quick check on your behalf. It is best to query Mr. Schneider via QM. While he has responded to queries sent via Email/online form, the numbers are very, very low.
FYI, I queried him via QM earlier this month and got a response - a very considerate rejection even if it was a FR - in 5 days.
