Plenty of bad vibes from the Absolute Write thread, but I've had great interactions with Sam this year. Met him and pitched at PPWC. He requested 50 pages and 3 days later a full MS. He was friendly and helpful as I worked toward a fresh draft. Who knows if he'll offer to rep, but he's a great guy.

Sent notice of offer of rep from another agent. This guy has 19 pages of mostly negative comments on Absolute Write. So I think we're probably done here anyway.

Next day request for full. The request came with a warning that NF is all about platform these days, so I'll cross my fingers but I won't hold my breath.
