Is his form incomplete on query tracker? In his site, he asks us to attach a synopsis and some chapters, but the query form only displays a query letter field.

@Patrick, on the agency website, Charlie Brotherstone shows as UK-based. I wondered if he'd moved to the USA? Asking as most of the members of my American writing group hesitate to query UK agents.
