Form rejection, "Dear author," after four months. I had actually already marked him as a no response rejection and sent a query to another agent at the same agency, who had already asked for a full. After reading the comments below, I think my literary fiction novel is outside his genre.

Rejection in 15 days for literary fiction. No "Dear ...." Response to me was part of a BCC mass rejection.
