Based on comments below, my rejection was mostly form, but i appreciated that I think she made it a little custom to my scenario.

Emailed query 1/14. Rejection 3/29.
Probably the most thoughtful rejection letter I've received to-date; "While it's clear you've put a great deal of thought into your writing, I'm afraid this isn't the best fit for my list at this time. I usually am not the best agent for stories that feature heavy violence against women, though I know your book is actively working to explore the dynamics of gendered violence and misogyny. I have no doubt you'll find an agent ready and eager to champion your work in the way you deserve."
Seems like a great person to work with.

4/5 Form Rejection
Thank you so much for submitting your work to me. I'm grateful to have had the chance to consider. While it's clear you've put a great deal of thought into your writing, I'm afraid I didn't fall in love with the sample material as much as I was hoping to, although I appreciate your well written pitch. However, I have no doubt you'll find an agent who is ready and eager to champion your work in the way you deserve.
I wish you all the best of luck as you continue your search for representation, and thank you again for sharing your work with me.
Sincerely,
Lily
