SAT, Jan 4 5:10 PM: Attempted to send file. Query Status was "no decision made" and there was no option to upload via QM.
Sent message to Alicia saying such and offered to email manuscript.
SAT, Jan 4, 5:13 PM: 2nd notice from QM requesting full. Status changed, allowed submission.
SAT, Jan 4, 5:16 PM: Submitted file and received a successful confirmation.
SAT, Jan 4, 5:17 PM: Received another request to submit full.
SAT, Jan 4, 5:19 PM: Received a message from agent through QM asking if I was able to attach manuscript.
SAT, Jan 4, 5:24 PM: Received an email from agent directly, requesting I attach manuscript.
SAT, Jan 4, 5:51 PM: Sent manuscript via email. (Went out to dinner.)
SAT. Jan 4, 7:30-ish PM: (Returned from dinner) Checked QM and the status said "query declined" with no option to attach file or send a message to the agent. (No email notice was received via from QM about status change. No times, just dates, in QM)
SUN Jan 5, 7:54 AM: Sent email to agent requesting status confirmation if manuscript was ever received and if it has been "rejected".

I'm guessing this is a form rejection. Status is auto-tracked in query tracker and it says rejected. It no longer shows "request for full" in the auto-tracking.

@patrick If you could add a timestamp along with the date on QM messages exchanged with the next update, it would be helpful.

I could not see a way to list my query letter! Just the basic info like name word count and genre. That can't be right.

Followup: Patrick emailed that what is on the form is all that she requires. (!)
